A new era in fundraising for the Foundation

The Foundation manages Thunder Village, returning all rent revenue to further support the University. The project welcomed retail partners in 2017 and 2019, and the Foundation continues to seek high-quality establishments as tenants. Nothing beats a fun outing that also supports the Foundation’s mission and CSU Pueblo’s future.

History of the Project

Thunder Village was conceived to enhance the experience of CSU Pueblo students and staff while also serving visitors and residents in the northern part of the city. In doing so, the project also helps the Foundation diversify its assets and provide more funds to the University. In addition, Thunder Village’s success promotes commercial and residential expansion to increase the area’s prosperity.
