Colorado State University Pueblo Foundation Receives $1.25 Million Grant from the Denver Foundation’s Reisher Scholars Program
Award celebrates and expands scholarship access for CSU Pueblo Foundation students
Pueblo, CO, 8/3/26 — Colorado State University Pueblo Foundation announced today it has received a $1.25 million grant from the Reisher Scholars Program at The Denver Foundation as part of a landmark $25 million initiative marking the 25th anniversary of the program. The funds will be directed to Colorado State University Pueblo students over the next two academic years.
The grant is part of a statewide investment by the Reisher Scholars Program at The Denver Foundation, recognizing colleges and universities that share a commitment to expanding access, opportunity, and success for Colorado students. CSU Pueblo Foundation is among a group of current and future Reisher partner institutions across the state to receive anniversary funding.
“This $1.25 million grant will create meaningful opportunities for CSU Pueblo students by expanding access to scholarships and strengthening support for transfer students,” said Sandy Lundahl, Director of Foundation Scholarships for the CSU Pueblo Foundation. “Through our partnership with the Reisher Scholars Program, more Colorado students will have the resources and encouragement they need to continue their education, reach their goals and build a brighter future.”
CSU Pueblo Foundation has partnered with the Reisher Scholars Program since 2020, supporting students who demonstrate financial need, academic potential, and a commitment to their communities.
