To be eligible for the Oakley Family Scholarship Fund, the student must be a single parent with primary custody of at least one dependent child who is permanently residing in Pueblo County and be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student (freshman through senior). The scholarship is both need and merit-based (student must initially possess and maintain at least a 3.0 cumulative gpa.)
